Monsoonal Blonde Wheat Beer

Matso's Monsoonal Blonde is named for the environment in which it is brewed and best appreciated.

Being located on the fringe of the Asian monsoonal zone, Broome experiences a hot and humid wet season. The Blonde is perfect for this time of year, the troppo time, silly season or hanging time when a thirst needs to be extinguished.                                                                                                
It is a crystal wheat beer based on the classic Belgian (white) family of beers and is designed for quaffing. The Blonde malt grist bill has a 60/40 blend of wheat malt to barley malt and is only very lightly hopped with Spalt and Hersbrucker.

Further character is provided through the inclusion of a small amount of cracked cardamom pods that contribute to its unusual and enticing aromatic complexity.
